West Avenue Records is pleased to announce the release of Michael Nappi’s music video for “7:26,” the first single from his debut album, Here We Go Again.
Filmed in New York City, the video was directed by Jimmy Ienner, Jr., former Chief Photographer and Video Director at Sony BMG Music Entertainment Inc., and features Nappi along with Wilhelmina of Philadelphia Model/Actress, Abra Segerson.
Ienner, whose credits include Train, Mariah Carey, and Roger Waters of Pink Floyd among many others, said, “I really enjoyed making this video with Michael. From the city street to the edit suite, the process was creative, intuitive, and fun. I find Michael’s energy and songwriting very inspiring and I was excited to collaborate with him again – even if he did empty my studio candy dish!”
Since the release of Here We Go Again, Nappi, a New York-based pop/rock singer and songwriter, has been building a strong and burgeoning following. And he’s doing it grassroots-style – winning fans, peers, and music executives alike – one by one, song by song, show after show.
“7:26” has continued to gain momentum at Triple A radio nationwide and can be heard on stations such as KBAC-FM in Santa Fe, NM, KCLC-FM in St. Charles, MO, KSPN-FM in Aspen, CO, WEXT-FM in Albany, NY, WOCM-FM in Ocean City, MD, and WXPK-FM in White Plains, NY.
Nappi is confirmed for shows this spring along the East Coast including live performances at Best Buy Union Square in New York City, NBC’s Charlotte Today morning show, and live on air at WSGE-FM in Charlotte, NC. Additional shows will soon be announced.
Here We Go Again was produced by Steve Buonanotte, mixed by Grammy Award-winning mix engineer Jeff Juliano (John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Dave Matthews Band), and is available on iTunes and Amazon.com.
